It's playoff time, and Newton Local had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let the Jackson Center Tigers get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Tuesday. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Newton Local has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Jackson Center, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-12 record.
