Duncanville fell victim to Horn and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jaguars. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Panthers and Pantherettes' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Duncanville saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julisel Favela, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. Favela has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played.

Duncanville's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-4-1. As for Horn, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-9-1 record this season.
