Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Calvary Chapel Academy). They were the clear victor by a 58-36 margin over the Odyssey Charter School Titans on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Several Titans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Natalia Dejesus Bruno, who posted 15 points. Ismarie Mercados was another key player, putting up 12 points.

The win got Calvary Chapel Academy back to even at 2-2. As for Odyssey Charter School, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Calvary Chapel Academy will challenge Melbourne Central Catholic at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Odyssey Charter School, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Morningside Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
