Basketball Recap: Passaic Valley Takes a Loss

Passaic Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 65-23 loss at the hands of the Wayne Valley Indians. The game marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Wayne Valley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tyler Veale led the charge by going 5 for 7 en route to 12 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Rubino, who posted 14 points and six boards.

Passaic Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Wayne Valley, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.
