Basketball Recap: King's Christian Academy Skates Past Holly Grove Christian with Ease + How To Watch

There's no place like home for King's Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They breezed past Holly Grove Christian to the tune of 74-29 on Saturday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead King's Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cayden Williams, who went 6-for-8 on his way to 15 points and seven steals. Williams has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last three times he's played. Elijah Burgess was another key player, shooting 45% from the field to rack up 16 points and six steals.

King's Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. They racked up nine more assists than Holly Grove Christian's also-impressive total of ten.

Holly Grove Christian's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Jack Ellis, who posted 12 points and five rebounds, and Bal?zs Kiss, who scored nine points.

The victory got King's Christian Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Holly Grove Christian, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, King's Christian Academy will host Veritas Collegiate Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Holly Grove Christian, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Salisbury at 6:00 p.m. on December 3.
