Seminole County had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victors by a 39-14 margin over the Schley County Wildcats. With the Indians ahead 20-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Kamauri Johnson was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 153 yards and two scores on only ten carries. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in August of 2024. Another player making a difference was Ellis Denham, who threw for 157 yards and one touchdown while completing 75% of his passes.

Coming up, Seminole County will look to defend their home field on Friday against Chattahoochee County at 7:30 p.m. As for Schley County, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Hawkinsville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
