Volleyball Recap: Crisp County Comes Up Short

Crisp County lost against Thomas County Central back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cougars took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yellow Jackets.

Crisp County may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 18 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18.

Crisp County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Thomas County Central, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 12-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crisp County will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Pierce County on the 13th. As for Thomas County Central, they will take on Grace Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
