Baseball Recap: Lindbergh Comes Up Short

Lindbergh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Cedarcrest Red Wolves, falling 11-1.

Lindbergh's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Cedarcrest, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

Coming up, Lindbergh will host Highline at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Pirates have averaged an impressive 6.6 runs per game this season. As for Cedarcrest, they are taking a road trip to face off against Tyee at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
