Football Game Preview: Medway Mustangs vs. Medfield Warriors + Official Tickets

For the first time this season, Medway will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will venture away from home to face off against the Medfield Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Medway's defense has only allowed 12 points per game this season, so Medfield's offense will have their work cut out for them.

On Friday, Medway strolled past Westwood with points to spare, taking the game 34-20. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

While Medfield didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-7), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They blew past Nipmuc Regional 44-22 last Saturday. The result was nothing new for Medfield, who have now won three games by 22 points or more so far this season.

Medfield's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Medway, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Medway was able to grind out a solid victory over Medfield in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 21-13. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was the Warriors' Brady McCormack, who rushed for 224 yards and two scores on only 14 carries.
