Volleyball Recap: Basic Triumphs

Basic saw some tournament action on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Harvard-Westlake Wolverines.

Porter Hughes paced Basic's offense, picking up 15 kills. Hughes got some help from Luke Dennett and his 15 assists.

Basic now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Harvard-Westlake, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Basic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon on the 28th. As for Harvard-Westlake, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Palo Verde on the 28th.
