Softball Preview: Milan Bulldogs vs. Westview Chargers
The Milan Bulldogs will head out on the road to take on the Westview Chargers at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Milan will be strutting in after a win while Westview will be coming in after a loss.
Last Thursday, Milan made easy work of Peabody and carried off an 8-2 victory. The win was just what Milan needed coming off of a 15-4 defeat in their prior matchup.
Mia Pearson spent all seven innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up a single earned run in four consecutive pitching appearances.
