Soccer Recap: Beaver Comes Up Short

Beaver was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the San Juan Broncos. Beaver were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced San Juan earlier this season, when they won 5-0.

Beaver's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for San Juan, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beaver will host South Sevier at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. South Sevier will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Beaver surely won't give up without a fight. As for San Juan, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Millard at 4:00 p.m. San Juan will be up against Millard's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.45 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
