Volleyball Recap: Rockwall's Undefeated Season over After Nine Games

After flying high against Plano East last Tuesday, Rockwall came back down to earth. Rockwall came up short against the Dallas Jesuit Rangers on Thursday, falling 3-0. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Yellowjackets were not able to get on the board.

While Rockwall was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-19, 25-20.

Having lost for the first time this season, Rockwall fell to 8-1. As for Dallas Jesuit, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-2.

Rockwall and Dallas Jesuit will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time Rockwall sees the court they'll take on Lovejoy at 7:00 p.m. on April 8. As for Dallas Jesuit, their break will end when they face Greenhill at 6:00 p.m. on April 8.
