Esmeralda Torres Game Report: @ North Salinas

Esmeralda Torres was a major factor in Marina's victory over North Salinas on Tuesday. Torres was dynamite, rushing for 116 yards and one TD on only nine carries, while also throwing for 51 yards and one touchdown. She also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making one tackle.

Looking ahead, Torres and Marina will be playing at home against Pajaro Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Grizzlies will enter the matchup having just beaten Soledad, so the Mariners will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
