Basketball Game Preview: Bowling Green Bobcats vs. Van-Far Indians

Bowling Green saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They came out on top against North Callaway by a score of 65-52. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bobcats.

Meanwhile, Van-Far posted their biggest win since December 20, 2024 on Tuesday. They blew past Louisiana, posting a 67-37 victory. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 20 points or more this season.

Bowling Green better focus on containing Pacey Reading and Carson Huff as the pair were huge in Van-Far's win. Reading went 7 for 16 en route to 19 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals, while Huff posted 11 points and six steals. Gaven Gaston was another key player, putting up eight points along with seven assists and six boards.

Bowling Green has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.2 points per game. As for Van-Far, their win bumped their record up to 14-5.
