Volleyball Recap: Bauxite Takes a Loss

Bauxite entered their match against Pulaski Academy on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Miners took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bruins. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bruins this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Bauxite's loss dropped their record down to 16-7-3. As for Pulaski Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Bauxite has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Mills University Studies on the 9th. Pulaski Academy has also already played their next match (against Robinson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
