Nemaha Central hadn't done well against Sabetha recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Thunder came out on top against the Bluejays by a score of 8-5. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 15-2 on Monday.

The victory made it two in a row for Nemaha Central and bumps their season record up to 5-4. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Sabetha, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-8.
