Basketball Recap: Kotzebue Takes a Loss

Kotzebue was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through an 84-12 loss at the hands of the Barrow Whalers. The game marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Kotzebue's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Barrow, their victory was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-4.

Kotzebue does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Barrow, they will challenge Nome-Beltz on Friday.
