Basketball Recap: Western Reserve Comes Up Short

Western Reserve played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 53-16 loss at the hands of the Seneca East Tigers. The Roughriders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-3.

Western Reserve's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-13. As for Seneca East, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Western Reserve will challenge Crestview at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Crestview will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Western Reserve surely won't give up without a fight. As for Seneca East, they are taking a road trip to face off against Mohawk at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
