Basketball Recap: Riverview Comes Up Short

After soaring to 56 points the game before, Riverview was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost to the Episcopal Wildcats at home by a 34-15 margin. The game marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Riverview has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-6 record this season. As for Episcopal, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Riverview will take on Bald Knob at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Episcopal, they will host Jacksonville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Episcopal is facing Jacksonville at the right time seeing as Jacksonville is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
