Volleyball Recap: R.J. Reynolds Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If R.J. Reynolds was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Parkland last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Demons came up short against the West Davidson Dragons on Monday, falling 3-0. The Demons were not able to make up for their loss to the Dragons from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-21, 25-13.

Sylvia Fitzgerald paced R.J. Reynolds' offense, picking up ten kills. Fitzgerald got some help from Isabella Neff and her nine assists.

R.J. Reynolds' defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for West Davidson, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Looking ahead, R.J. Reynolds will head out to face off against West Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Davidson, they will venture away from home to take on Wheatmore at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
