Basketball Recap: Beacon Skates Past Environmental with Ease

Beacon had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Environmental Eagles 74-30. That looming 74-30 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Blue Demons yet this season.

Beacon's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Environmental, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.

Beacon has already played their next matchup, a 55-22 victory against Math Science & Engineering on the 19th. As for Environmental, it'll be Battle of the Birds when the Environmental Eagles face off against the Hunter College Hawks at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
