Basketball Recap: Paris Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Paris had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Winnebago Indians by a score of 53-40. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Paris' win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Winnebago, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Paris will take on Monticello at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Winnebago, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Marengo at 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026.
