Volleyball Recap: Wallace Wildcats vs. Mullen Broncos
Wallace was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Mullen Broncos. Wildcats fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Broncos since Tuesday.
The final score came out to 25-17, 25-10.
Reagan Finley paced Wallace's offense, picking up four kills. Finley were helped by Mariana Aceves-Lopez and Kaley Sauser, who contributed three assists each.
Wallace's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Mullen, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1.
Wallace didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Sutherland on the 16th. As for Mullen, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Arthur County on the 18th.
