DePaul College Prep came tearing into Friday's contest with 13 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Lyons Lions.

Kalia Kroth paced DePaul College Prep's offense, picking up 21 kills. Kroth got some help from Evie Vigerust and her 23 assists.

DePaul College Prep's victory bumped their record up to 26-3. As for Lyons, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 18-8 record.

Coincidentally, DePaul College Prep and Lyons will both be playing Hersey the next time they take the court. The Rams will head out to face the Huskies at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Lions will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
