Kiefer waltzed into their match on Monday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the Beggs Demons 13-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-0 on September 2nd.

Sienna Renz and Addison Dossett made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound, Renz struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Meanwhile, Dossett struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 11 consecutive appearances. At the plate, Renz went 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run, while Dossett went 1-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one stolen base. That triple marked the first that Dossett has hit this season.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Khloe Vinson, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and three runs. Those three runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Maleigha Presley, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs.

Kiefer hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters in three consecutive games.

Kiefer's victory bumped their record up to 28-5. As for Beggs, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-12.

Coincidentally, Kiefer and Beggs will both be playing Chandler the next time they take the field. The Demons will host the Lions at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Trojans will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
