Gananda Central entered their tilt with Marion on Thursday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They never let the Black Knights get on the board and left with  a   14-0  victory. The Blue Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by seven  runs or more this season.
 Jack Frick made a splash while hitting and pitching. He  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only  one  hit while striking out nine over five innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't  given up  a single  earned run in seven consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 In other batting news, Gananda Central got a  massive  performance out of  Maddox Stoughton, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and two  doubles. Stoughton is also on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last four games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Henry Shutts, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  double.
 Gananda Central was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .543. The last time their  batting average was this high was  back in May of 2024.
Gananda Central pushed their record up to 15-3 with the  win, which was their third straight  on the road. Those  road  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Marion,  they are  on  a  30-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.
