 West Covina put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season  on Saturday. They never let the Wilson Wildcats onto the board and left with  a   15-0  victory. While fans of West Covina might be used to big wins, the 15-run margin marked the team's biggest one yet.
  Marcus Mayweather was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing  an inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Mayweather was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 4-for-5 with four  RBI, a  triple,  and a  run.
 In other batting news,  Jacob Nguyen was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with two  runs, a  triple,  and a  stolen base. He has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last three times he's  played.  Garrett Mori was another key contributor,  going 1-for-4 with a  home run and three  RBI.
 The  win (which was West Covina's third in a row) raised their record to 13-5-1. As for Wilson, they are  on  a  six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-18.
 West Covina will be playing at home against Charter Oak at 3:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. West Covina's pitching crew has only allowed 4.1  runs per game  this season, so Charter Oak's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Wilson, they will head out on the road to  take on  Rowland at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Rowland is coming into the  matchup with five straight  defeats at home,  meaning Wilson will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  victory.
