Volleyball Game Preview: Andover Huskies vs. Osseo Orioles

The Andover Huskies will head out to take on the Osseo Orioles at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Wednesday, Andover got the win against Park Center by a conclusive 3-0. The contest marked the Huskies' most dominant win of the season.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Andover was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-14, 25-14.

Yulaaj Xeemthao had a dynamite game, getting 22 digs and four aces.

Meanwhile, Osseo earned a 2-0 victory over Elk River last Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Orioles.

Osseo didn't let Elk River take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-23.

Andover's record is now 3-1. As for Osseo, their record now sits at 2-0.
