Soccer Game Preview: Chesapeake vs. Gallia Academy

Chesapeake is 0-10 against Gallia Academy since October of 2020 but things could change on Tuesday. The Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. Chesapeake's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Chesapeake is headed into the matchup having not lost since September 9 and will look to keep things rolling. They never let South Point get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Monday. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Chesapeake were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, after soaring to nine goals the game before, Gallia Academy was a bit more limited in their match on Thursday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Athens.

Gallia Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-2-1. As for Chesapeake, their victory bumped their record up to 11-1-3.
