Soccer Recap: Hoopeston Comes Up Short

Hoopeston lost against St. Joseph-Ogden back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cornjerkers came up short against the Spartans, falling 8-0. Hoopeston have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hoopeston's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for St. Joseph-Ogden, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Hoopeston will head out to face off against St. Anne at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for St. Joseph-Ogden, they will face off against Iroquois West at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
