Volleyball Recap: Leroy Comes Up Short

Leroy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Sweet Water Bulldogs. The Bears were not able to make up for their loss to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Leroy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Sweet Water, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Coming up, Sweet Water will look to defend their home court on Monday against Millry at 1:30 p.m. Leroy will be paying especially close attention to the Bulldogs' matchup: after the Bulldogs face off against the Wildcats, they'll take on Leroy again at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
