Basketball Recap: Spring Hill Takes a Loss

Spring Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 64-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shelbyville Central Golden Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 339th, while the Golden Eagles are ranked 165th).

Spring Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Shelbyville Central, their victory bumped their record up to 12-13.

Looking ahead, Spring Hill will venture away from home to face off against Coffee County Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Shelbyville Central, they will face off against Columbia Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
