Basketball Recap: Westtown Picks Up 16th Consecutive Win

Westtown had already won 15 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 37.1 points) and they went ahead and made it 16 on Friday. They blew past Shipley, posting a 77-36 win. Westtown has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 20 games by 20 points or more this season.

Westtown pushed their record up to 26-3 with the victory, which was their 24th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.8 points over those games. As for Shipley, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 19-9 record.

As of now, neither Westtown nor Shipley have any future games scheduled.
