West Craven was led to victory by Felisha Wilson, who turned in her biggest game of the season on Tuesday. Wilson wasn't messing around, putting up 29 points and eight rebounds. The game was her third straight with 19 or more points. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of West Craven's points.
