Cornerstone Charter waltzed into their contest on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Piedmont Classical Bobcats 9-0. The result was nothing new for Cornerstone Charter, who have now won ten matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Piedmont Classical from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Amber Tickerhoff led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Cornerstone Charter's win bumped their record up to 15-2. As for Piedmont Classical, the defeat was their first at home , dropping their record down to 3-5.

Cornerstone Charter wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 1-0 victory against Triad Math and Science Academy on the 29th. As for Piedmont Classical, they have also already played their next contest, a 9-0 loss against Bishop McGuinness on the 29th.
