Volleyball Recap: Kelvyn Park Picks Up Seventh Straight Win at Home

After losing to Dunbar the last time they met, Kelvyn Park decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Panthers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Mightymen on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-19.

Javier Vazquez paced Kelvyn Park's offense, picking up five kills. Vazquez got some help from Gerardo Martinez and his ten assists. Geremy De La Rosa controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Kelvyn Park's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-2-2. As for Dunbar, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-9.
