Basketball Recap: Edgerton Takes a Loss

Edgerton lost against Southwest Minnesota Christian back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Edgerton Flying Dutchmen received a blow as they fell 84-66 to the Southwest Minnesota Christian Eagles. The Flying Dutchmen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Edgerton's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Southwest Minnesota Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 11-8.

Edgerton will challenge Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Edgerton is facing Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda at the right time seeing as Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda is stuck on a 16-game losing streak. Southwest Minnesota Christian has already played their next match, a 65-62 loss against Pipestone on the 4th.
