Basketball Recap: Mary Walker Takes a Loss

Mary Walker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 21st straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Valley Christian Panthers 59-27. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chargers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-26 on January 7th.

Mary Walker's loss dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Valley Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 9-12.

Mary Walker will be playing at home against Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame on Thursday. Mary Walker is facing Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame at the right time seeing as Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. Valley Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
