Recap: Heritage Patriots vs. Loganville Red Devils
The Heritage Patriots's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a 60-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of Loganville. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Heritage in their matchups with Loganville: they've now lost three in a row.
Heritage lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kirk Seeley, who scored 15 points. Brandon Pruitt was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Heritage has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season. As for Loganville, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-11.
Heritage will head out on the road to square off against M.L. King at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Loganville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Clarke Central at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. Clarke Central has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 851 points over their last 13 games.
