Basketball Recap: Montgomery Catholic Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Montgomery Catholic can now relate to. They were dealt a 70-30 loss at the hands of the Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats on Tuesday. The Knights were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-18.

Montgomery Catholic lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Heaven Bailey, who posted nine points. Bailey has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last ten times she's played. Another player making a difference was Ajah Tuggle, who had four points and seven rebounds.
