A well-balanced attack led Wenonah over Fairfield in every quarter on their way to victory on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Dragons blew the Tigers out of the water with a 57-19 final score. The Dragons haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Wenonah's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zariah Evans, who went 7-for-12 en route to 17 points in addition to eight rebounds and five steals. That's the most points Evans has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Khloe Dillard, who shot 50% from the field to rack up 13 points and eight boards.

Wenonah's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Wenonah will head out to take on Tarrant at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th. As for Fairfield, they will host Midfield at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
