Soccer Game Preview: Glendale vs. Ozark

The Glendale Falcons are taking a road trip to challenge the Ozark Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Ozark will face off against a team with plenty of momentum: Glendale extended their winning streak to five on Monday. The Falcons never let Neosho get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Glendale's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked 33rd, while Neosho are ranked 120th).

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Monday. Ozark blew past Waynesville 4-1. The win continues a trend for Ozark in their matchups with Waynesville: they've now won five in a row.

Glendale's record is now 16-4. As for Ozark, their record now sits at 17-6.

Glendale suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to Ozark in their previous matchup back in April. Can the Falcons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
