Basketball Game Preview: Rockwall-Heath Hawks vs. San Angelo Central Bobcats

Having just played yesterday, the Rockwall-Heath Hawks will jump right back in to play the San Angelo Central Bobcats at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Rockwall-Heath will head into Friday's contest out to bounce back: they won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They came up short against University, falling 75-50. The Hawks' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when San Angelo Central faced off against Temple on Friday. San Angelo Central slipped by Temple 71-70. Given the Bobcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 58th, while the Wildcats are ranked 403rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

San Angelo Central is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season. As for Rockwall-Heath, their loss dropped their record down to 15-4.
