Volleyball Recap: Lone Peak Knights vs. Corner Canyon Chargers
Lone Peak faced Corner Canyon in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Knights fell just short of the Chargers by a score of 3-2. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Chargers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.
Lone Peak actually scored more points across those five sets (109-98), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-23, 13-25, 20-25, 15-13.
