Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Xavier). They blew past the St. Ignatius Wildcats, posting a 41-7 win. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Bombers' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked seventh, while the Wildcats are ranked 73rd).

The victory was the third in a row for St. Xavier, bringing their record up to 7-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 28.7 points over those games. As for St. Ignatius, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
