Volleyball Recap: Windsor Falls Short Against Ranked RHAM

Windsor faced RHAM in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Warriors lost 3-0 to the Raptors. That makes it the first time this season the Warriors have let down their home crowd.

While Windsor was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into RHAM's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-12, 25-15.

Alexia Henry paced Windsor's offense, picking up six kills. Henry got some help from Caroline Griffin and her 20 assists.

Among those leading the charge was Sami DeGray, who had 16 digs and three assists. Those three assists gave her a new career-high. Victoria Ciesla also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Windsor's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for RHAM, their win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-3-1.
