Volleyball Recap: Chippewa Falls Gets the Win

After losing to Kaukauna the last time they met, Chippewa Falls decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cardinals came out on top in a nail-biter against the Galloping Ghosts on Saturday, sneaking past 2-1.

Chippewa Falls found their leader in freshman Ilah Sinz, who had ten digs and two aces.

Chippewa Falls was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in five consecutive matches.

Chippewa Falls is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-9 record this season. As for Kaukauna, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-18.
