Volleyball Recap: King's Comes Up Short

If King was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Bear Creek on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Knights lost 3-0 to the University Prep Pumas on Thursday. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pumas apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

King's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for University Prep, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

King's will challenge Skyline at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for University Prep, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Eastside Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
