Baseball Recap: Wagner Comes Up Short

Wagner kicked off their season on the road on Sunday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dakota Valley Panthers. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Wagner will take on rival Scotland/Menno at 5:30 p.m. on the 21st. Meanwhile, Dakota Valley is set to square off against their familiar foe Irene/Wakonda at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
